We are thrilled to announce that our first challenge for 2017 has officially launched! You asked and we listened, and we only thought it would be fitting for those of you who want to kickstart your new year’s resolutions. Whether you want to train one-on-one with your own personal trainer or if you are ready to tackle the challenge in your own gym, we want to support you and will provide you with the tools to do exactly that.
Our 12 week challenge will enable you get into shape and comfortable in your own skin supported by a like minded group of women with the same goals in mind. Bianca will be there to motivate you every step of the way, teaching you how to make health and fitness a lifestyle. Just remember, what you give is what you get.
